Registration is confirmed by receipt of the
deposit of £100 for the workshop after we have notified you that
you are accepted. Payment for registrations may be made online by Paypal
or by personal check (cheque!) or by UK BACS transfer, all in Sterling.
If you use Paypal, it helps us financially if you use a Paypal account
containing the funds or linked to a bank account, rather than to a credit
card. You may also make any other arrangements, e.g. with your bank,
to transfer funds; email the Workshop
Director for bank wire codes. Such transfers must be set up so that
Kammermusik receives the correct total with all fees paid.
Payment will be accepted after April 1. During
August you will be invoiced for the balance, which may be settled at
any time but no later than the first day of the workshop. This may also
be settled by any of the above methods or in Sterling by cash or travelers'
checks.
Your reservation will be secured when the payment
is received. You will receive an email confirmation of your reservation
and of the part that has been assigned to you. You may cancel your reservation
up to July 31, 2008 and will obtain a full
refund of any payments. Cancellations on or after August 1, 2008 will
forfeit the deposit.
We will need to know exact numbers for meals
for accompanying persons by September 1 2008. You may book these by
email to the Treasurer.
The charge for accompanying persons taking lunch must be paid on the
first day of the workshop, if you have not paid it in advance.
Kammermusik Workshops, Inc., will select players
that they consider to be appropriate for the Workshop, at their entire
discretion. Applications submitted after August 1, 2008 may be accepted
at the discretion of the President if places are available.
